If you haven't heard about the MLB Fan Cave you must be living in a cave, Ha! Our bean bags are part of the mischief in this first-of-its-kind, unique event.
The MLB Fan Cave (@MLBFanCave on Twitter), a first-of-its-kind immersive fan experience which takes place in a vibrant location in New York City's Greenwich Village that hosts the winners of the MLB Dream Job, who were chosen from a pool of nearly 10,000 applicants.
The winner of the MLB Dream Job, Mike O'Hara, is currently inhabiting the Fan Cave every day for the entire 2011 MLB season along with his Wingman, Ryan Wagner, where they are set to watch all 2,430 regular season games plus every Postseason game while chronicling their experiences and sharing their viewpoints on baseball. And of course, chilling on some Comfy Bean Bags.
Hugs Bean Bags were chosen as the official MLB Fan Cave bean bag, by the extreme makeover design team, Headed by Paul Dimeo. We're extremely proud and excited to be a part of Baseball history, and such a unique and innovative project
The MLB Fan Cave, located at the corner of 4th and Broadway in Manhattan, features interactive fan activities; hosts regular visits from MLB players, baseball personalities and celebrities. The Fan Cave venue also hosts parties and musical performances, as well as other events throughout the baseball season. With 32 14-foot windows surrounding the space, fans on the street will be able to watch O'Hara and Wagner's every move as well as all of the events at the MLB Fan Cave. Fans will also be able to experience the MLB Fan Cave during regularly scheduled events which are open to the public. So grab yourself a seat on of our comfy bean bags set up for your enjoyment.
