Is there any assembly involved?

The larger hugs bean bags are shipped in two boxes and require minimal assembly. Easy-to-follow instructions are included and assembly takes no more then 15 minutes.

How are Hugs bean bags shipped to me?

We ship all orders via FEDEX.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. You will receive an automated email from Fedex with your tracking info.

How long will my Hug Bean Bag take to arrive?

Depending on your location. All orders should arrive within 7 – 14 business days.

Can I buy only the covers for your Hugs Bean Bags?

Most definitely. Some of our customers buy additional covers to go with their bean bags to change up the living room vibe now and again.

How do I clean my Original Hugs Bean bag?

You can remove the cover to your Hug and machine wash it! Machine wash gentle cycle cool warm. Machine dry at medium to high heat or line dry inside-out in the shade.

How do I clean my In&Out Hugs Bean bag?

Spot clean with some (mild) soapy water and a cloth. Virtually nothing will stain it and it will always look as good as new!

Can I leave my In&Out Bean Bags outside?

If leaving In&out Hugs outside for prolonged periods of time, place in a shady area.
